The application makes processing payrolls fast and easy by the click of a button. Multiple reports including Payroll Report, Employee Pay Slips, Employee Transactions Report, Yearly TD, Monthly Statement of Contribution, as well as Annual Accumulator Reports, can be generated for quick view and/or documentation purposes. Furthermore, PayCheck is compliant with the laws of Belize regarding Taxes as well as Social Security contributions. Bonus features of this new application include its Multi Company Support, whereby payroll processing may be done for multiple companies by one application; and its Multi Pay Frequency Support, whereby payroll may be processed at different pay periods for different employees; as well as its Multi Bank Support, whereby electronic files regarding employees' salaries may be generated with formats as requested by specific banks. The application's multi-currency support is another bonus feature which allows for employees to be paid in the currency of their preference as supported by their employers.

Moreover, the application was developed in Visual Basic and employs a Windows based Graphical User Interface with a MySQL database engine, as well as Crystal Reports development tool. PayCheck Payroll System is also multi-user supported with 2 communication architectures, a Stand Alone installation or a Client Server installation.
