We have defined a Preventive Maintenance Plan of services which we make available to our clients on a yearly subscription basis. In keeping with our commitment to offer Practical solutions, the plan offers several options to enable our clients to tailor their coverage to fit their budget and at the same time meet their needs. Our PC Services products also offer other privileges such as preferential rates on our “per hour” PC Support Services and preferential support response time. Intelligent Solutions places importance on ALL aspects of our services and products and no service is regarded as unimportant. We are always available to address any issue having to do with computer failure and we always beat our competitions’ rates!

We strongly believe that the final quality of any product is very much dependent on the quality of after sale service that is provided in support of the initial sale. Intelligent Solutions always has technicians on call for emergency support outside normal working hours and we always try to accommodate scheduled work at our clients’ premises outside normal working hours if requested in order to minimize the disruption of normal operations.
